As a Non-Profit Organization, the realization of our goals and objectives are dependent upon public and private funding and donations.
It is the responsibility of the members of the Center to find funds for operation of the Center
We appreciate any donations, whether it takes the form of monetary funding or gifts in kind.

Tax Incentive

The Child Witness Center qualifies as a Public Benefit Organization as envisaged in terms of Section 10(1)(cN) of the Income Tax Act No 58 of 1962 (including amendments).
Any donations made to the Center may be deducted from the donor's taxable income.
Donations may be made directly into our Trust Account. Our banking details are as follows:

Management has compiled a list of objects necessary for the operation and facilitation of the Center, should donors feel more comfortable to donate in kind:-

For the court preparation program:

Funds to appoint a Xhosa speaking Assistant
Funds to appoint more Witness Supporters
Toolkits to use in sessions: R2000 x2
Training manuals: R195 each (x10)
Funds to purchase a set of anatomically correct dolls for court: R2 500 (set)
Traveling funds to and from sessions: R300 per child, parent and any additional witnesses in related to the case
Television and video combo/ videos for kids
